Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems
Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems are one of the most time-tested roofing products on the market. It can be installed with one or multiple layers, depending on the roof’s substrate.
Modified Bitumen roofing systems are good heat reflectors because of the granules in the cap sheet. The granules are also a fire retardant. Modified systems should be installed on roofs with not less than ¼” slope in order to achieve positive drainage. When installed in single layers, a modified roof system has a 12-16 year lifespan. Multiple layers add to the life of the system. We offer many different warranties on our modified systems, including and up to 20-year no-dollar limit warranties.

Literally, the worst Roofing Company in SFL. They were hired to redo a roof in a shopping plaza in Plantation. From the start, water leaked into our location interrupting our operations. The last straw was when water leaked into our office and fried all of the electrical equipment. I called them to stop working and they said the supervisor would be there in 30 min. 3 hours later nothing. This company obviously doesn’t care. The ppl they hire are beyond incompetent. Their higher ups also don’t care as they didn’t even apologize for what happened. See the videos.

If you black, this is not a good job for you. They are racist, unprofessional everybody know when you work for a big company you have to wait two weeks to get your first check in that first week is actually your last check advance roofing will not give you that they tell you you gonna make 40 hours guarantee I was only making 26 hours. I asked David to move me to a different unit and the foreman Jose laughed in my face and said David do not help if you’re not Spanish & white don’t come to this company..

They tore down my old and leaking roof tile, replaced all the bad wood and installed a new tile roof as well as a new flat roof. They did a pretty much perfect job. Ray helped us to get a beautiful flat tile that had just come in to the supplier so we didn’t have to wait for our tile order and since our roof was leaking this was much appreciated. Advanced responded to every phone call within the hour and the guys were very professional. This was a 5 Star experience and we are very happy with all aspects.
