Established in 1994, Advanced Air Systems is a full-service Air Conditioning Contractor and a division of Advanced Roofing, Inc. We hold a Class-A air conditioning contractor’s license and can perform unlimited services for commercial customers in Florida. Our deep roofing heritage combined with in-house divisions of sheet metal, cranes, trash removal, lightning protection, and renewable energy allows us to offer unmatched rooftop HVAC solutions that distinguish us from traditional contractors who do not have these resources.
Advanced Air Systems is a member of the Green Mechanical Council (GMC) – an organization dedicated to the education of creating and maintaining environmentally sound air conditioning systems. Advanced Roofing is a great company! I had them replace the roof on a 15,000 sq ft commercial building in 2020 and now on a PM agreement with them. Literally, the worst Roofing Company in SFL. They were hired to redo a roof in a shopping plaza in Plantation. From the start, water leaked into our location interrupting our operations. The last straw was when water leaked into our office and fried all of the electrical equipment. I called them to stop working and they said the supervisor would be there in 30 min. 3 hours later nothing. This company obviously doesn’t care. The ppl they hire are beyond incompetent. Their higher ups also don’t care as they didn’t even apologize for what happened. See the videos.

Advanced Roofing completed a huge roofing project in the community I manage - 112 buildings. They are the most efficient, customer service oriented, and their expertise is second to none. I would gladly do every project with their team.

If you black, this is not a good job for you. They are racist, unprofessional everybody know when you work for a big company you have to wait two weeks to get your first check in that first week is actually your last check advance roofing will not give you that they tell you you gonna make 40 hours guarantee I was only making 26 hours. I asked David to move me to a different unit and the foreman Jose laughed in my face and said David do not help if you’re not Spanish & white don’t come to this company..

They tore down my old and leaking roof tile, replaced all the bad wood and installed a new tile roof as well as a new flat roof. They did a pretty much perfect job. Ray helped us to get a beautiful flat tile that had just come in to the supplier so we didn’t have to wait for our tile order and since our roof was leaking this was much appreciated. Advanced responded to every phone call within the hour and the guys were very professional. This was a 5 Star experience and we are very happy with all aspects.
Just competed a very successful project with Advanced Roofing up in Fort Pierce Florida doing a Roof Recoat, their attention to detail and safety was outstanding. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs that you need.
