How to make a report using our Company Code = Contact HR for the code
- To make an anonymous report, employees can visit safehotline.com and select the ‘Submit Report’ option in the upper righthand corner.
- Employees can also text or call to leave a voicemail at 1-855-662-SAFE (1-855-662-7233). Voicemails will be transcribed into text so employees can remain anonymous.
- Please make sure to provide our Company code so the submission is routed appropriately to Advanced Roofing’s portal = 4051526232
- Spanish speaking employees will only be able to make a report by phone. Instructions in Spanish are provided with this option, but not with the text or website options.
Examples of possible concerns in the workplace in which employees may want to report on are:
- Violation of the law or company policy
- Discrimination
- Embezzlement or misappropriation of assets
- Ethics violation or misconduct
- Falsification of documentation
- Harassment or violence of any kind
- Substance abuse
- Theft
- Vandalism of Company property
