Advanced Roofing Ranks 36th on the 2019 South Florida Business Journal Top 100 Private Companies List

Advanced Roofing, Inc. (ARI) was recently recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as one of the Top 100 Private Companies in South Florida for 2018, placing 36th overall. With a revenue of $ 95.2 million, a $5 million increase from the year prior, Advanced Roofing climbed 14 spots since its debut on the list in 2016 when the company placed 50th. To achieve this ranking, Advanced Roofing completed many prominent projects last year in South Florida, including re-roofing King Cole Condominium in Miami Beach and Barbara Hawkins Elementary School in Miami-Dade County.

The South Florida Business Journal, a leading business news outlet covering Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, ranks private businesses based on their revenue each year. The list gives insight into how well local companies are competing in the marketplace, and it shows how the companies’ earnings compare to the previous year.

Advanced Roofing Inc. was established in 1983 by Robert Kornahrens and has three office locations in South Florida. With a significant presence in the local community, ARI is also active in many charities and contributes hundreds of jobs to help support the local South Florida economy.

ARI recently hired its 500th employee – the most in company history. The company is looking to hire an additional 100 employees to keep up with the demand for roofing which is very strong following an early start to the rainy season and desire to take advantage of expiring tax credits for solar energy. This all sets ARI on a path to beat its 2018 earnings.
